Over the course of 15+ years in recruiting, he has worked in a large national recruiting firm, a small Chicago-focused firm and led corporate talent acquisition for a global IT services firm. Those experiences have reinforced the importance of understanding a new hire’s impact on a business and having real conversations with candidates within the recruiting process. Ben founded Singleton Group with the goal of bringing those recruiting practices to his clients, allowing them to hire great talent that pushes their business to new heights.
